I hired Mike while I was buying my first home. He was so professional and explained everything along the way. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the day of the inspection he was very thorough. The final report was detailed with photos and excellent observations. Mike showed up early, his report was easy to read with pictures and video. He got the report back to me in 24 hours, he even gave me tips on the house as he was doing the inspection. I would definitely use him again for future home purchases.

Mike was amazing! He took me through the entire house with him as he inspected everything, and explained anything and everything I needed to know! I was able to ask questions throughout the process, which he had answers for, and as a first time home buyer who doesn't know much, I certainly learned a lot and am so thankful that I had Mike there to help me out!
